Absolutely love our new command center! I appreciate the attention to detail and custom design. Packaging was done so well and everything has exceeded my expectations. The wet dry markers are great too!
Circle and Square did a perfect job on my calendar. They make sure that you get what you want. I switched a few things around and they did exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be recommending them to my friends.
The customer service is great. The quality of the frame is cheap, not real wood grain. I wish it was nicer quality. The writing and erasing works very well though.
Store owner replied:
Thank you for mentioning how happy you were with our customer service and the functionality of the board. In regards to the frame itself - I remember when we talked back in July I had explained the difference between our solid wood frames and basic frames (the basic frame is what you ordered). Basic frames are meant to be a lightweight wood so they don't damage cabinets or doors if they're hung there. And we offer basic frames so customers can have a more affordable option :) Please note our prices don't just reflect your frame, but all the pieces that make up your board...especially the special optical coating added onto our UV resistant board fronts and the price of the extra design alterations requested.
If you want to upgrade to our solid wood frames - we can easily ship one to you! I'm wondering if you just never saw my last email because you never answered? Anyways, please let me know! I want to make sure you have a 5 star experience with us and love your board <3
