Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items as long as they are not customized, a custom color, or personalized. Keep and use all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs ($25+ usually). If the item is not returned in its original, new condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to its giant size, our premium acrylic 36x47.5 and 18x47.5 size has a $90 processing costs and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems or want changes with your order - I can't promise you'll get to us in time (we're fast!), but we will try our best to accommodate you!

Because of the custom/personalization work we do, we do not accept cancellations. If the item doesn't require any custom/personalization work at all, I can accept cancellations and returns if we haven't started your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and processing costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We ship out in 1-3 business days when all the required custom information is completed by the customer. If the personalized/custom information is missing or has issues - your item will be delayed as we try to contact you. Full custom design orders also take additional time depending on the complexity of the request.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
