Remember, our custom designs take us a bit longer to get shipped out. We will send you a proof to you in Etsy Messages so we can keep everything organized and together with your original order. So please keep an eye on your Etsy or Amazon messages!

Proof Delivery Timeline
• Minimal: messaged within 2 business days
• Partial: messaged within 4 business days
• Mid: messaged within 1 weeks
• Full: within 2 weeks to receive a proof

Please note if you request additional proof changes that haven't been discussed previously, it costs an additional amount since it goes outside of the allotted design time for the level you purchased. So please take time to consider the design you want :)

Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on new, unused items as long as they are not customized, a custom color, or personalized. Keep and use all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs ($25+ usually). If the item is not returned in its original, new condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Due to its giant size, our premium acrylic 36x47.5 and 18x47.5 size has a $90 processing costs and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems or want changes with your order - I can't promise you'll get to us in time (we're fast!), but we will try our best to accommodate you!

Cancellations
Because of the custom/personalization work we do, we do not accept cancellations. If the item doesn't require any custom/personalization work at all, I can accept cancellations and returns if we haven't started your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and processing costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Processing Time
We ship out in 1-3 business days when all the required custom information is completed by the customer. If the personalized/custom information is missing or has issues - your item will be delayed as we try to contact you. Full custom design orders also take additional time depending on the complexity of the request.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can chalk markers be used on a dry-erase board or acrylic board?

Yes they work on both! They work on any non-porous surface :) I recommend chalk pens for all of the products I sell. Chalk pens are similar to dry erase pens, but they show up better (the ink is not translucent like dry erase pens), they don't accidentally erase if your hand brushes over it like dry erase ink would, and they never leave stains when you erase it.

Do you do custom sizes?

I do custom sizes for floating acrylic boards and frames, but I don't currently do custom sized framed chalkboard and whiteboard style boards. Just fill out the "contact us" with your custom order request! 

What do these different package options mean?

Look at the packages explanation tab at the bottom any product page. 

What customizations are included for free?

The top name of course! And on my designs that have side or bottom sections - you can tell me what you want for those titles. If you are a small business, I can put your logo up at the top for free instead of a family name :) I'm also able to start the calendar on Monday if you'd like, just mention it in the notes to seller!
