Most of the personalized wet erase board looks okay, but I didn’t realize the names of my kids at the bottom would all start with lowercase letters. I wrote them all beginning with a capital letter, and there wasn’t anything showing me beforehand that they would be spelled with all lowercase letters..so that was very disappointing! But at least the first letter of our last name at the top of the board is capitalized. I was not impressed with the font choices being so limited with this company, especially when other companies freely offered many, many choices without extra charge. This company was going to charge $25 to choose a different font. Overall I probably would not buy from this company again. I definitely wouldn’t have purchased this board had I known my kids’ names wouldn’t be printed correctly

Store owner replied: Hey Denise! I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase from us. Changes to the standard design seen in the listing photos takes time for our designers, so in order to change the fonts, we need to be able to pay our designers for the additional time to reformat the standard design to change the fonts, so we need to charge for that time. In regards to the names being in lowercase, here is some information from the listing that might clarify that: Design Specifications This is a Vertical Orientation Board If “menu” is requested as a custom title - we put the days of the week below (unless otherwise pictured or you specifically request them not to be). If a design has checkboxes and you don’t mention if you’d like them on/off, we will use our best judgment. All designs are designed with the same lettering format as pictured (lettering format as in different areas of the design are all caps, all lowercase, titlecase). We follow this same design style unless you specifically request by writing out “use title case, lowercase, uppercase” instructions in your personalization sections. This is our policy since a lot of phones/computers autocorrect formatting when customers are ordering. We didn't see on your order that you requested title case... Did we miss that information?
