Does the rewards program apply to my Etsy order?
I can't find the layout or style I want!
It's much easier to navigate on our website if you're looking for a specific style or layout, you can go here to start filtering down to what you want! If you really want to order through Etsy (please note that our loyalty program can't apply to Etsy orders) - go to our Etsy shopfront and look through the sections.
What if I want to mix two designs or have my own layout I want to do?
We would love to create a special design for you! This would be a custom design order, which runs from $20-$80 depending on complexity. Look through my shop, and click on the listing that is closest to the style you want to create and click on the "Message Circle and Square" button towards the bottom of the page. Explain what you'd like to do, or better yet....send me a quick doodle of what you are envisioning! Do not order from a regular listing until you've spoken with us!
Do you do design alterations and custom orders?
You bet! :) Just fill out our contact form on our website.
Can chalk markers be used on a dry-erase board or acrylic board?
Yes they work on both! They work on any non-porous surface :) I recommend chalk pens for all of the products I sell. Chalk pens are similar to dry erase pens, but they show up better (the ink is not translucent like dry erase pens), they don't accidentally erase if your hand brushes over it like dry erase ink would, and they never leave stains when you erase it.
What happens if I don't fill out the personalization section correctly?
If personalization isn't filled out correctly, it can delay your order. When applicable - if title requests aren't put in, we do what's pictured on the listing (unless kid's names are pictured - in which case we will contact you). If a menu type of title is requested then the days of the week will be put underneath (unless otherwise pictured on our listing). Don't want the days of the week below your menu title? specifically request that.
On acrylics, the color will be what the main listing pictures unless otherwise requested. On framed boards, if number magnets are ordered without a style request - the popular style is sent.
If we have to contact you, you have 24 hrs to answer - otherwise we have to use our best judgment so we can ship out on time.
Do you do custom sizes?
I do custom sizes for floating acrylic boards and acrylic frames, but I don't currently do custom sized framed chalkboard and whiteboard style boards. Just fill out the "contact us" with your custom order request!
What do these different package options mean?
* please note if you order a package that includes markers that whiteboards and clear acrylics will have black markers and chalkboards will have white markers.
What customizations are included for free?
The top name of course! And on my designs that have side or bottom sections - you can tell me what you want for those titles. If you are a small business, I can put your logo up at the top for free instead of a family name :) I'm also able to start the calendar on Monday if you'd like, just mention it in the notes to seller!
Do you do collaborations?

My order got cancelled - why?
If we don't receive a response from you, sometimes we have to cancel your order. If there are order notes that need explaining, we need more info on personalizations, you wrote questions on your order, or you're asking for design alterations...we will message you on Etsy and you have 24 hrs to respond unless otherwise stated in our message.
*please note requesting a regular proof and not responding to that message will not result in an order cancellation.
If you've purchased a design alteration/custom design and there isn't a response after I send an alteration proof, everything will be refunded except an amount for our design time. I will save your alteration proof, so that you can contact me and re-order to pick up where we left off.
Where is my order?
If there are order notes that need explaining, we need more info on personalizations, you wrote questions on your order, or you're asking for design alterations...we will message you on Etsy and you have 24 hrs to respond unless otherwise stated in our message.
Please note that for international orders I need your phone number - Fedex requires this. Also - Fedex does not deliver to PO boxes, so if you put a PO box address - we will have also reached out to you.
If you request a proof, you have 24 hrs to respond after the proof is sent so we can abide by Etsy shipping cutoffs. If a response isn't received, we will continue with your order.
I wrote a question on my order and it hasn't been answered yet!
As stated in all my item details, you'll need to message me directly to get answers to your questions. When you put questions in personalizations or notes to seller (like expediting an order for example) I don't see the question until we go to design your order, which depending on our workload, takes a couple days. Please message us directly before ordering if you have a question!
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Cancellations - Because of the custom/personalization work we do, we do not accept cancellations. If the item doesn't require any custom/personalization work at all, I can accept cancellations and returns if you didn't order a premium size.
Returns - I can accept returns on new, unused items if there isn't any personalization or customization on the item. Keep and use all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs ($25+ usually). If the item is not returned in its original, new condition in original packaging, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Our premium acrylic 36x47.5 size has $90 processing costs and customers are responsible for return shipping.
