Adding Extra Days on the Calendar

Adding Extra Days on the Calendar

Every once in a while, a month's layout can make it seem like there aren't enough squares for every date. Don't worry—it’s not a printing mistake! And the good news? There’s a simple fix.

When filling out your calendar, if you reach the end of the month and run out of squares for the remaining dates, here’s what to do:

  1. If the last day of the month falls on a Sunday, draw a diagonal line to divide the final Sunday square in half. This will allow you to fit the last two Sundays of the month in the same square.
  2. This also works if the final two days of the month are Sunday and Monday. You'll simply divide the final Sunday and Monday boxes in half to accommodate both dates.
