Design Specifications

This is a Horizontal Orientation Board

If “menu” is requested as a custom title - we put the days of the week below (unless otherwise pictured or you specifically request them not to be). If a design has checkboxes and you don’t mention if you’d like them on/off, we will use our best judgment.
All designs are designed with the same lettering format as pictured (lettering format as in different areas of the design are all caps, all lowercase, titlecase). We follow this same design style unless you specifically request by writing out “use title case, lowercase, uppercase” instructions in your personalization sections. This is our policy since a lot of phones/computers autocorrect formatting when customers are ordering.

Board Specifications

• Acrylic is high quality, defect free. 47.5”x36” size is 3/8” thick & all other acrylics sizes are 1/4” thick.
• Acrylic is clear (we can custom make a solid style - just contact us first)
• Includes 4 standoffs, 4 screws, 4 anchors. Standoffs are to be drilled directly into wall.
• Includes easy hanging template.
• Back of the board floats 1/2” off the wall

NOTE: We do not cover damage from resulting in natural disasters or accidents, such as fires.

This warranty also does not apply to: fake or counterfeit products, normal wear & tear, defects or damage resulting from (1) any failure to follow the install and care & use instructions, (2) accidents, (3) post-purchase modifications to the product, abuse, misuse, or neglect.

What are the requirements?
Circle & Square reserves the right to require proof of purchase or return of the defective product. At our discretion, we may ask you to verify the defect through other means, such as sending photos of videos of the product.

What will Circle & Square do if the item is covered by warranty?
We will repair or replace your our product, in our sole discretion, at our expense with a comparable product currently being made by us. If there are no comparable products currently being made, we will contact you to discuss options. Replacements do not guarantee color or finish.

How to submit a warranty claim

Additional Information

Distributors, resellers, and retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days on new, unused items as long as they are not customized, a custom color, or personalized. Keep and use all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs ($25+ usually). If the item is not returned in its original, new condition the customer is responsible for any loss in value. There are no restocking fees for returned items unless you've ordered a premium acrylic size "36x47.5 or 18x47.5 size" , those deluxe sizes have a ninety dollar processing costs and customers are responsible for return shipping.
Order Changes
Please contact me immediately if you have any problems or want changes with your order - I can't promise you'll get to us in time (we're fast!), but we will try our best to accommodate you!
Cancellations
Because of the custom/personalization work we do, we do not accept cancellations. If the item doesn't require any custom/personalization work at all, I can accept cancellations and returns if we haven't started your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and processing costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping
Processing Time
We ship out in 1-3 business days when all the required custom information is completed by the customer. If the personalized/custom information is missing or has issues - your item will be delayed as we try to contact you. Full custom design orders also take additional time depending on the complexity of the request.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can our markers be used on a dry-erase board or acrylic board?

Yes they work on both! They work on any non-porous surface. Our markers aren't regular dry-erase markers...they show up better (the ink is not translucent like dry erase pens), they don't accidentally erase if your hand brushes over it, and they never leave stains when you erase.

Do you do custom sizes?

I do custom sizes for floating acrylic boards and frames, but I don't currently do custom sized framed chalkboard and whiteboard style boards. Just fill out the "contact us" with your custom order request! 

What do these different package options mean?

Look at the packages explanation tab at the bottom any product page. 

What customizations are included for free?

The top name of course! And on my designs that have side or bottom sections - you can tell me what you want for those titles. If you are a small business, I can put your logo up at the top for free instead of a family name :) I'm also able to start the calendar on Monday if you'd like, just mention it in the notes to seller!
